The Supervisor, Community Supports, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of community services and supports. The Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and supervision to team members and ensures services comply with all legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Working collaboratively with staff, supported individuals, families, and community partners, the Supervisor ensures high-quality, person-centered services are delivered within defined resources and operational requirements. All employees are responsible for promoting and implementing Ongwanada’s mission, vision, values, and service principles, and for fulfilling responsibilities in accordance with all applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.
