- Permanent - Full Comm + Incentives - Mon - Fri, 11am-6pm - Kallang Job Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Generate and manage sales leads through company-provided sources Conduct client consultations to understand renovation requirements and budget Present renovation packages, quotations, and project scope prepared by the team Follow up with prospects and close sales contracts Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to contract signing Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business Handle basic client queries and manage expectations prior to handover Coordination & Handover Liaise with internal design and project teams after deal closure Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and payments are completed Smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team Duration: Permanent Location: Kallang Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 11am-6pm Salary: Full Comm (50% of ...
