Job Code: SNHM10/04/OT Permanent Senior / Occupational Therapist- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
- Develop and implement customized therapy programs to enhance daily functioning.
- Teach patients adaptive techniques and recommend assistive devices.
- Work with families and caregivers to support patient rehabilitation.
- Modify environments (home, school, or workplace) to improve accessibility and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and doctors.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Projected Commencement: FY2026
