Permanent position.
Salary: Up to $7,000 (depends on experience)+ PB.
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm.
Location: Ang Mo Kio.
Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Identify and develop a resilient supply base. Monitor market trends and global economic shifts to provide insights that influence project forecasting and budgeting.
- Tender Leadership: Lead complex RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes. Ensure all sourcing activities align with corporate Procurement Governance while maintaining speed and agility.
- Commercial Negotiation: Execute negotiation strategies that optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Focus on securing competitive pricing alongside favorable payment terms, risk-sharing frameworks, and service level agreements (SLAs).
