A Telemarketer is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, conduct market research, or support customer outreach campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products, services, or special offers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Answer customer questions and address objections professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow company scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
