Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government agencies to secure permits, licenses, and clearances
- Maintain records of all permits, renewals, and submissions
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending applications
- Prepare and submit applications, reports, and supporting documents
- Prepare a progress report to identify barriers and other difficulties encountered during the project execution.
- Advise management on changes in laws or regulations affecting operations
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
- With at least 2 years of work experience as Permitting and Compliance Officer (Business Permits, Building Permits, BOI Registration, BOC Import Clearance, BIR.
- Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
