Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for family needs.
- Plan travel itineraries and organize family events and engagements.
- Coordinate with vendors for various services.
- Manage contacts and calendars efficiently.
- Run errands and handle pick-up/drop-off tasks as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multitasking, scheduling, and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
