About the Role
Personal Assistants (Mental Health Support) play a vital role in Enable’s support team, providing everyday care to individuals living with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Support safe moving and handling of clients.
- Provide positive behavioural support as needed.
- Help build and expand clients’ social networks and connections.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure each client’s safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
Qualifications
- No prior care experience required.
