Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.
- Handle flight, hotel, transport bookings, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the Director's instructions and arrangements.
- Assist with personal matters,including property-related coordination and liaising with personal driver.
- Support the purchase of business or corporate gifts when required.
- Prepare and arrange meetings and appointments.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or ExecutiveAssistant.
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
