We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily boss operations and coordination activities.
This role involves hands‑on execution of operational tasks across multiple locations, including boss residences, offices, and external service providers. The successful candidate will ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to draft business correspondence and communicate effectively with China-based stakeholders and partners.
This is a field-based coordination role rather than a desk-bound administrative position.
