Key Responsibilities
- Managing calls, messages, and correspondence professionally.
- Handling requests, queries, and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries.
- Completing spreadsheets, reports, and general office administration.
- Assisting management with day-to-day personal and business-related tasks when required.
- Assisting with recruitment for the department where necessary.
- Processing and assisting with Purchase Orders (POs).
