Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
- Attend telephone calls and deal with enquiries, requests etc in a friendly, helpful manner. Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required
- Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
- Draft letters, emails, and official documents
- Organize meetings, events, and company functions
- Maintain databases and records
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Secretary
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
