About the job Personal Assistant to Director
Job Scope
- Schedule the directors meetings and appointments
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the director
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes and minutes
- Type, format and present reports, documents, presentations, notices, etc.
- Prepare/source for vendors for facilities for scheduled events and arranging for refreshments
- Order office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
- Provide administrative support
- Any ad hoc request as assigned by the director
