An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private family across a broad range of personal, household and administrative responsibilities. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, offering a hybrid working model with three days onsite at the family residence in Toorak and two days working from home.
This is a trusted role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes ownership, and naturally thinks several steps ahead. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the family’s day-to-day affairs by anticipating needs, managing details, and delivering solutions before they are required.
