Job Responsibilities
Safely drive the employer (boss) to meetings, appointments, and other destinations. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, road tax, insurance, and inspections when required.
Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is always ready for use.
Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings or documents.
Run personal and company-related errands as instructed.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.
Keep records of mileage, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
Be available for overtime, weekend, public holiday, or ad hoc assignments when necessary.
