THE ROLE
The Successful RTA & Personal Injury Case Handler will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small claims track and fast track RTA and personal injury claims from inception through to settlement. You will handle cases within the OIC and MOJ Portal frameworks, ensuring compliance with the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules and progressing matters efficiently to achieve timely resolution. Where cases are not capable of pre‑issue settlement, you will be responsible for drafting and issuing proceedings, preparing witness evidence and schedules of loss and ensuring compliance with court directions and deadlines.
