Responding candidates must have 6-10 current years of senior plaintiff's personal injury experience to be considered for this fast-paced NY plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking a Senior PI Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of complex personal injury and construction accident litigation from initial intake through trial and post-judgment resolution. - Draft and prepare Summons & Complaints, Verified Bills of Particulars, Supplemental Bills of Particulars, discovery demands, interrogatories, notices to admit, and responses to discovery
- Assist attorneys with NYSCEF filings and e-filing procedures in New York State and Federal Courts
