About the Company
We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.
About the Role
If you have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 5 years+ and have a desire to continue its insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate must have solid work ethic and organization skills, be a team player and have the ability to work in a quick-paced insurance brokerage.
- Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.
