Job Description
The Mitchell & Abbott Group Insurance Brokers Ltd., a Navacord Company, is hiring a Personal Lines Account Associate. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full end to end customer experience cycle; servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally.
WHAT YOU’LL BE REPSONSIBLE FOR:
- Greeting clients
- Answer incoming calls directed to reception from the Automated Telephone System and redirecting as appropriate.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail
- Arrange the delivery of outgoing mail
- Organizing, managing and ordering office supplies
- Provide technical assistance to Account Managers
- Provide back-up support to Account Managers when required
- Review renewals to ensure coverage is accurate, taking into account any changes prior to renewal
