Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership by continuously keeping your team informed on changes/results and share accountability for the overall performance, productivity and engagement.
- Evaluate staff performance and prepare formal Performance Reviews.
- Perform quality reviews on team members to record staff development.
- Perform monthly individual team member one-to-one meetings to discuss performance, etc.
- Perform Team Meetings on a regular basis to discuss changes, high-level team notes, etc.
- Develop respectful and successful working relationships with our staff and branches.
- Work with management on technical and administrative issues.
- Ensure adherence to insurance carrier and Oracle RMS guidelines and procedures.
- Train new hires and oversee performance and provide assistance.
- Oversee 20+ employees (remote/hybrid/in-office).
