- Manage the Product Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Product Manager.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
- Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
