About the role
World Team’s ministry in Lima, Peru, serves among the ethnic Chinese community—an unreached people group of about 200,000 first‑generation immigrants (up to 1 million including descendants). Rooted in immigration since 1849, many work in over 6,000 “Chifa” restaurants, merchandise trade, grocery stores, or professional fields like education and engineering. With low evangelical presence—fewer than 500 believers and only about 150 in active fellowships—six districts still await church planting.
Responsibilities
