Role: Pet Health Advisor (PHA) – a fresh, modern way of managing the client journey in our clinic.

The essentials


Hours: 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Typically this looks like:

  • 3 full days per week 8.30am–7pm (days vary on the rota)

  • 1 in 3 weekends (shorter hours)

  • Saturday 9–6
    Sunday 10–4
    Flexibility, rota changes and absence cover are part of the role.
    Overtime: expected

    • Pay: Starting salary £12.71/hr, expected increase after training and with performance (we aim for 6 months but this can vary) followed by annual salary reviews together which are performance based.
