Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaison with clients to execute each contract including but not limited to finalize contract and get contract and/or contract amendments signed; to arrange with clients for delivery/payment according to contractual terms, etc.
- Maintain good customer relationship and being able to provide important client information
- Identify potential risks and keep them under control
- Liaising with different internal departments, regional offices for smooth contracts execution
- Tracking customer payment/delivery status and following up/escalating to ensure payment/delivery within contracted terms
- Timely updating of system, allocating spreadsheet for all shipments, and making sure all information updated in system is accurate
- Regular reporting on contract execution status to concentrate operation manager
- To cover other team members when needed
