Internship Objectives
The intern's main mission will be to participate in the design, implementation, and deployment of two complementary solutions:
1. Setting up a SharePoint portal for the Telco Cloud Division
Document Management: Structure and organize all the division's documents on SharePoint, with fine-grained access rights management based on user profiles (# access level).
Presentation Showcase: Create a dedicated section to present the division, its organization, its missions, and its teams, to showcase its activities and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
2. Developing an AI chatbot for project manager assistance
Intelligent Assistance: Design and integrate a chatbot capable of answering frequently asked questions from project managers (procedures, document access, contacts, etc.).
