Pharmaceutical Contract Recruiter for 3 month Contract
Hybrid Remote days in office 3 days onsite
Need previous Corporate Pharmaceutical Recruiting experience
Responsibilities:
"Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
"Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
"Protect and improve candidate experience
"Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
"Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
Responsible for End to End Recruitment of US positions
Recruiting on manufacturing and also functional groups such as R&D, finance and all other area. This is a full lifecycle role from sourcing to offer placement. The person also will be responsible for scheduling interviews.
