Summary This is for a Pharmacist (Clinical Specialist) - Pain Management with the Aleda E. Lutz Veteran Affairs Medical Center. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) delivers evidence-based comprehensive medication management (CMM) through direct patient care and as part of the interdisciplinary team providing Pain Management.
