**Clinical Pharmacist – Onsite | Kentucky**

**Pay Rate:** $60/hour
**Location** : Louisville, KY Onsite – Must live within 1 hour of Kentucky facility
**Schedule** : M–F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• Conduct comprehensive pharmacotherapy reviews (drug utilization, interactions, compliance, side effects)
• Educate and counsel patients on new therapies and treatment plans
