Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Houston, TX 77030
Duration: 03-06 Months
Schedule Notes: Night Shift 7 shifts/ 7 shifts off - 7:30pm to 7:30am
Duties:
"To promote pharmaceutical care by managing the medication process, identifying and preventing potential drug-related problems, and resolving actual drug-related problems. Additionally, to perform the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by Texas Children's Hospital. All responsibilities will be performed in a manner developmentally appropriate for the
ages of patients served (0-adult)."
" Ensures the appropriateness of all medication doses in reference to the patient s diagnosis, weight/body surface area, allergies, and drug interactions as evidenced by lack of medication incidents.
