This role offers daytime hours Monday through Friday, providing a stable schedule that supports work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication dispensing and patient care in an inpatient setting.
- Provide expert care in the Anticoagulation Clinic, overseeing 4-6 patients daily.
- Perform all oncology IV compounding, ensuring safe and accurate preparation of chemotherapy medications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Pharmacist License.
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Skilled in both anticoagulation management and oncology compounding.
