A leading retail pharmacy location in Plattsburgh, NY is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic schedule with variable hours, including evenings and typically 4x10 or 4x12 shifts (e.g., 8am-8pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Register with the state board as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Oversee pharmacy operations to meet financial objectives, including budget management, payroll oversight, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Provide leadership and supervision for pharmacy support personnel, including training, performance reviews, and accountability for compliance.
