Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Review medication orders and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
- Perform medication reconciliation and provide drug information support to healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical services, including multidisciplinary ward rounds and ambulatory care services.
- Dispense medications and provide patient counselling to support safe and effective medication use.
- Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of pharmacy services to ensure timely and cost‑effective care delivery.
- Support pharmacy education and training initiatives, including lectures, mentoring, and supervision of students and junior staff.
