Position is located: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center
Work Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Work Schedule: 7:30pm to 7:00am or 8:00pm - 7:00am; position follows a 7-on/7-off schedule!
Summary :
Provides medication management services as part of an interdisciplinary team that ensures safe, efficacious, and cost-effective care. Involved in operational duties including order verification, oversight of sterile and non-sterile preparations, and medication distribution. Provides clinical services including multidisciplinary rounds, pharmacy consults, and quality initiatives. Acts as an information resource to patients, providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy and drug-related information.
