Key Responsibilities
- Review medication orders for appropriateness and ensure safe, accurate dispensing of medication
- Provide medication counseling to patients to support safe and effective use
- Deliver drug information and clinical advice to doctors, nurses, and patients
- Support training and supervision of pharmacy assistants
- Perform quality assurance activities such as ward inspections and expiry check
