Job Description The Pharmacist (Supplies & Logistics) provides professional and analytical support for pharmacy supply chain operations and related pharmacy-IT initiatives. The role supports safe, cost‑effective, and sustainable medication supply across SingHealth Polyclinics through procurement, inventory management, system support, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Support pharmacy supply chain and inventory operations, including demand forecasting, stock optimisation, and mitigation of supply disruptions. Analyse medication utilisation and expenditure data to support procurement planning, tender evaluations, and cost‑effectiveness initiatives. Identify and assess potential supply risks, inventory imbalances, and operational gaps, and escalate issues appropriately.
