Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between the pharmacy consultant, the health and benefits client service team, PBM partners, and other vendors
- Manage PBM programs for North American clients, including analysis, design, and cost-saving strategies for pharmacy benefit plans.
- Attend and document meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure effective communication among team members and clients.
- Conduct research and benchmarking studies, providing analyses and summaries to add value.
- Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
