Join a healthcare support team and play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of pharmacy supplies and inventory operations.
Responsibilities- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability according to established guidelines
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against relevant documentation
- Organize and store supplies accurately within designated storage and refrigerated areas
- Coordinate and process stock replenishment orders as required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage facilities
- Support the resolution of delivery discrepancies and inventory-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure inventory records are updated accurately and in a timely manner
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, or equivalent qualifications
