Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a full-time Pharmacy Manager position within a retail pharmacy setting located in Mill Hall, PA. The role is a direct hire, with a variable schedule covering day and afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaborative relationships with store operations teams and pharmacy associates, driving engagement and clearly communicating departmental and company strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by performing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
