**Job Description**
The Pharmacy Operations Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical in Los Angeles, California will oversee the central pharmacy operations and other department-level programs and functions. The central pharmacy is the hub for all distribution services for the medical center for area such as acute care patient care units, diagnostic/peri-procedural areas, various clinics, ambulatory infusion center. The manager ensures the pharmacy is compliant with state board requirements and other regulatory agencies. Oversees and maintains safe medication dispensing and non-sterile compounding. Collaborates with external departments to address medication needs and implementing inventory/control principles, storage and medication use workflows supporting various program needs. This positions has 35 direct reports. The manager also serves in the rotation as Administrator On Duty (AOD) for the Pharmacy Department and is instrumental in disaster and emergency preparedness planning for the de...
