Weekly Schedule: 40 Hours

Certifications:

  • BLS, RPh


Mandatory Experience:


  • OR LIC Pharmacist

  • Is on-call required:  Yes Overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist

  • Are weekends required:  Yes 0730-1700
