Current and valid DL or State issued ID required & Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility

Schedule- Alternating 07:00-15:30, 09:00 - 17:30
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Experience required: Pharmacist performing inpatient duties as well as preparing outpatient infusions and chemotherapy.
Certs/Licenses: BLS, PharmD, RPH -Bachelors degree in Pharmacy * Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license
Chemo/Hazardous Drug Certification preferred
IV Certification preferred.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
