**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** As the Pharmacy Technician, you will assist pharmacists in selection and preparation of medications for physician orders, stocking supplies, maintaining clean work environment, correctly delivering medications, and assuring medication barcodes are scanned correctly. You will report to the Director.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Order, verify receipt of, and store pharmaceuticals and supplies using generic, brand names and warehouse index numbers.
2. Check incoming stock orders, complete receiving reports, ascertains damage, overage or shortage and complete reports.
3. Assist pharmacist in providing medication, drug information and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel.
