**Pay Range:** $15.00- $23.50
Starting at $19/hr
**SUMMARY**
Pharmacy Technician assists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. They also manage customer data, provide medication counseling, support pharmacy operations, and contribute to achieving financial and operational goals.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Complies with all applicable federal, state laws, pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
+ Prepares and dispenses prescription medications, all supervised by the Pharmacist.
+ Follow directions from the pharmacist on duty and pharmacy manager.
+ Enter customer data into the computer, keep accurate records, complete all necessary paperwork relating to the pharmacy.
+ Counsel’s patients and medical providers regarding the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects.
