Manage inbound stock receipt, conducting thorough checks and repacking as necessary. Process medication orders and prescriptions in compliance with established standards. Conduct quality assurance checks on selected medications/orders and prepare them for delivery. Collaborate with the informatics team to support the effective implementation of IT and automation systems. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes. Carry out billing procedures for provided services. Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, managing reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
