Job Description
We’re growing our national team of pharmacists at Wellness Partners Foundation.
As a registered charity, our mission is to address disparities in health and wellness experienced by Australia’s most vulnerable and at-risk communities, including older persons who require care, those living in remote areas, First Peoples, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
We’re currently looking to connect with Credentialed Pharmacists (or those keen to credential) who are interested in working as an Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) and Equity Care Onsite Pharmacist (ECOP), contribute across a broad range of mission-aligned initiatives.
