    With the help of Bertrand Mathon (HDR) and Reuben Dorent (Inria, PR[AI]RIE–PSAI junior fellow), the recruited person will be taken to:

  • Develop non-rigid, multimodal, and real-time image registration methods designed for large deformations with topological changes that explicitly predict local uncertainty to enable informed decisions by surgeons

  • Develop innovative probabilistic non-rigid registration algorithms that compute dense correspondences between preoperative MRI and intraoperative ultrasound images
