We focus on CAR-T cell therapy, AAV & Lentiviral vector development, Gene Editing, and CRISPR-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and experiments related to CAR-T cell therapy, AAV, Lentivirus (LV), Gene Editing, and CRISPR technology. Perform mammalian cell culture, tissue culture, and molecular biology techniques for gene and cell-based therapeutics. Work on plasmid design, cloning, transfection, and viral vector production if required for the profile. Perform PCR techniques (conventional & qPCR), Western Blotting, and other molecular assays.
