The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, supporting routine health needs and life-defining health decisions. This role is responsible for drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence, explains procedures clearly, and performs blood draws in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. The role demonstrates leadership behaviors with a strong focus on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
