Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Experience: Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience. One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard and data entry experience required. Responsibilities: Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
