Job Description
Position Title: Business Intelligence/Data Analyst
Under limited supervision, performs complex tasks to support the division by performing data analysis, data mining, design, development, testing activities, and execution of AdHoc, Standard, and Customized reports to achieve strategic objectives and goals. Has working experience in writing and working with SQL (Standard Query Language), Visual Basic, MS Access, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, dimensional and relational database design, and other business intelligence software tools to develop queries and create Journey s to gather appropriate data from multiple systems and create reports in multiple technology applications (Excel, Tableau, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, etc.), write SSIS packages, complete paperwork/documentation to test and move reports into Production and send out electronic messages (email and SMS) via Sales Force Marketing Cloud. Knowledge and use of UI Path for creating BOTS (Robotic Process Automation - RPA) w...
